I just back from a trip where we did a lot of snorkeling and water activities, we got home at 2am Sunday morning, on the plane is when I really started to suffer the worst. I went to the clinic within a few hours of getting home, because I could not hear and was in pain. Everyone was amazingly nice and helpful, I was in and out with my prescription within an hour. It has been a 24 hrs and my ear is already feeling better. I will return for anything I need when I can not get into my doctor.

After suffering an accident while I was alone, I wasn’t sure I could safely continue driving to Christus Santa Rosa. My foot was bleeding badly, and I first called a nearby emergency clinic, but they told me they didn’t have the equipment needed for my injury.
Then I saw the billboard for First Priority ER on Farm 725 North. I called and explained my situation. When the receptionist immediately said, “Yes, we can help you,” I felt an incredible sense of relief. I was still scared because I was bleeding, but what impressed me most was that the receptionist stayed on the phone with me, calmly guiding me all the way to the clinic. I had never experienced that level of compassion before.
When I arrived, two nurses were already waiting outside with a wide wheelchair to help me safely into the clinic. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in good hands.
Dr. L. Elder and Nurse Lily were outstanding. They worked together seamlessly, with Nurse Lily always anticipating what Dr. Elder needed. They treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. What touched me even more was that they checked on me after I got home. That kind of follow-up care is something I never expected, and it meant a great deal to me.
Unfortunately, I had to return for additional treatment. During my second visit, Nurse Mike, Dr. Owusu-Boakye, and technician Mary were the first to care for me. Because I arrived during a shift change, Dr. Joel Massey took over my treatment. The transition was smooth, and every member of the team made me feel like I was their highest priority. They were patient, explained every step of my care, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
First Priority ER is equipped with everything needed to provide excellent emergency care, including a laboratory and CT scanner. The facility is exceptionally clean, quiet, and organized. Unlike many hospital emergency rooms, there were no long waits, constant noise, or endless alarms from medical equipment. The atmosphere was calm, allowing the staff to focus on providing outstanding patient care.
I have never been treated in a hospital emergency room with this level of personal attention, compassion, and professionalism. This was my first visit to First Priority ER, and I hope I never need emergency care again, but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going.
If you ever have an emergency and you’re in the New Braunfels near Seguin road, I highly recommend First Priority ER. Their entire team turned one of the scariest days of my life into an experience where I felt safe, cared for, and genuinely valued. I went to the ER there the other night with extreme back pain from many years in the Army. I explained my issues and that I needed a shot of torodol to relieve the pain. The Doctor and Nurse and staff were so helpful and nice. They gave me a torodol shot and a steroid shot so that I would be almost pain free for my army drill for the weekend. I did a ruck march and also a combat PT test almost pain free. Thank you guys very much for your assistance. If you want a very nice medical experience I highly recommend going to their ER over others. It was a pleasant experience.

Went in tonight for a finger injury... nobody else was in the facility, as far as patients. Front desk was informative and polite. I was called to the back very quickly and saw the doctor within 15 min of entering the building. Xrays were done immediately after that and I was done and being discharged prob less than an hour after walking in the front door. Gotta love that. Place was clean and everyone working tonight did all the right things. Great experience considering i was at an ER

We’ve had two separate visits to this ER over the past six months, both involving my children, and each experience was absolutely outstanding.
On one visit, my daughter was treated for a swollen insect bite, and about 4 months later now my son was seen for groin pain. Despite being separate occasions, the level of care was consistently excellent both times.
The staff was incredible with my kids — patient, gentle, and reassuring. They took the time to explain what was happening in a way that made my children feel comfortable and helped ease their fears. As a parent, it was such a relief to feel heard and to know my concerns were taken seriously.
The nurses and providers were compassionate, thorough, and truly great with children. It’s rare to have such consistently positive experiences, especially in stressful situations, and I’m very grateful for the care we received. I would highly recommend this ER to any parent looking for a place that genuinely cares about their patients.

I got the best care there. They went above and beyond to help me. And genuinely cared about why I was there and how to help me. Mike RN was great and so was the doctor! Anytime I need any emergency care I will be going to Riverside ER

Went in with left knee pain at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning. The Dr on call came in with his own handheld ultrasound that connected to his phone. Did a C/T scan and drained fluid from the top of my knee. Very informative and awsome people

Great experience. We went in there on New Years Day because our 8yr old unfortunately had strep and couldn't keep fluids down. The facility was clean, staff was professional, comfortable lobby furniture, and we had no wait. The staff was caring and attentive. This was refreshing after spending 2 hours in Urgent Care and not getting service our daughter urgently needed.

I'd like to thank the staff at Riverside ER. I went in with concerns about my heart. I was seen quickly and they were thorough and kept me comfortable at all time. They communicated well with me and my family to address our concerns. From working with Janna at the start to Mike and the Doctor through the exam it was a comforting experience. It was by far the best ER experience I had ever had. I was promptly brought back to a room to be treated as soon as I finished my paperwork. The staff was very caring and compassionate on my visit. I had cut my leg so badly that I needed stitches. Brenda (Rad Tech) and Mike (RN) were accommodating, making me comfortable and helping me manage my pain. Dr. Love explained everything he would do and stitched me up. Dr. Love made sure he addressed all my concerns. If my family ever needs to go to the ER, we will only go to Riverside ER from now on. I live in Veramendi in NB and we will drive 15 min to come here.

All four of my family members have had to come here in the last two months, two of them being a toddler and a baby. Each time all staff has treated us with kindness and compassion. We always leave feeling informed, taken care of, and with great home care options. We always get seen right away with no wait time. Pediatrics to adults, Riverside ER will take the best care of you. Also Mike is the best!

Went in for shortness of breath and the minute I stepped in there, I got taken care of almost immediately! The staff was so amazing. I was taken care of by Anna, Lisa, Sheldon and Dr. Love! Everyone was so thorough and so kind. The rooms were clean and I felt like everyone really cared. For having to visit an ER, it was an all around great experience. I would recommend this location over any ER or urgent care I've been to. For not having insurance, the clinic was affordable too. All around 5 stars and shout out to the staff that took care of me!! Thank you again!

This place is remarkable in how thorough and experienced they are, even had us seen by their orthopaedic specialist. They are very well set up with all the medical equipment and imaging equipment etc. They were friendly, too, and made my son feel so safe and comfortable. I left feeling very confident that my son had had the very best of care by people who truly care about their patients (the doctor who saw us was one of the three co-founders of Riverside ER and the very reason they started the ER was because they wanted to see patient care at the top of the priority list, rather than dollars). Highly recommend. Thanks so much.
